Rivermarket & Olathe Farmers Market..Wow!
We had a terrific time at the RiverMarket this morning. That place is nuts though! So crowded!! It reminds me of the Kansas State Fair! I think I like sticking to the Olathe Farmers Market for produce. The prices seemed cheaper, and it wasn’t as crowded.. But.. At the Rivermarket you can pick up some pretty cool things! We loaded up on Salsa & Spinach dip spices, recipes and a few other items.
Not to mention we really got our exercise in! We had to block a zillion blocks away just to get to the RiverMarket!!
Hey Tracie! Following your blog; good luck with your new healthy lifestyle, I think you have a great approach to this. Rob and I have found that Costco is a good source for organic produce and prepared foods, at a very fair price. Rob’s sister told us about a new local market (produce, etc.) located next to the Crate and Barrel at 119th. Let me know if you go there, and what you think of it. Best wishes – Sara
