Today will not be the day!

I’ve promised my husband..”again”.. that i will be getting on track with eating healthy and exercising!  Today.. is not going to be the day for that! Spent the entire afternoon with 2 of my wonderful friends at the barn! Came home and was starved!!  I need to learn to take healthy snacks with me!

I’m going to clean my cubbards this weekend, and set a goal… My official date to start will be On Monday.  My plan is not to go on a diet, but to eat healthy..and make healthy choices! .. So I best enjoy the whoppers that are sitting on the counter before Monday!

    Hun each day is a new beginning a clean slate… diets don’t and never will work.. you need to discover what your triggers are and try to avoid them or make plans around them .. like taking healthier snacks with you before meeting up with friends etc…. I know you can do this… i totally believe in you.. make it a life plan ( not a diet plan) try to avoid alot of processed foods, eat raw veggies and fruit and trick it out with yogurt dips which can then be part of your dairy allowance… make it fun and try new recipe’s .. lots of sites have healthy options for making recipe’s you love…. I know you will do well on this new life path… once i get my teeth pulled and new teeth, i plan on eatting alot healthier….. right now its hard to eat raw foods :( I go see the dentist in canada July 19th…..

    Tracie — What’s really helped me in the past couple of months is counting calories, it’s really made me open my eyes to what & how much I was eating before. And….giving up my beloved diet soda! Ugh! I still have some every now & then, just not daily! I have lost 7 pounds in the past 2 months, and you KNOW how I’ve been struggling to lose 1 or 2!
